That surveys is for all country, opinions on anything ranging from laundry detergent to automobiles; current events to computers.
I think this surveys not just for foreign countries because all country use that product too.

for payout you should log in to your account then click on “My Account” on the menu bar. Then click on “Request Payment” in the sub-menu bar. Minimum request is $1, payment using check no paypal or others.
